The restaurant reveals a full menu that will be available on Monday evenings, the only dinner slot open to the public. The overall concept from chef Jonathan Wright is an American menu with local ingredients. Dishes include scallops baked in the shell, lobster potpie with black truffles, short rib pot roast, beef wellington, roast duck, and baked Alaska. As for those oysters, at least some of them will be served, fittingly, as oysters Rockefeller. The prix fixe dinner menu includes three courses and "starts at at $175 per person and will vary based on entertainment," says the website. The dance floor looks marvelous and I imagine tango dancing the night away when I dine there.
